RS Global Travel Ltd. – Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the hire of vehicles (coaches, private hire cars, vans, minibuses) from RS Global Travel Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) by the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking a vehicle with RS Global Travel Ltd., you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1.2 These terms apply to all bookings for transport services provided by RS Global Travel Ltd., including the hire of coaches, cars, vans, and minibuses (“Services”).

1.3 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other means of communication.

  1. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process
2.1.1 All bookings must be made in advance. Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via email.

2.1.2 Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation, which includes the details of your hire, including the date, time, vehicle type, and agreed price.

2.2 Payment Terms
2.2.1 A deposit will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due at least 7 days before the service date. The deposit amount will be specified in the booking confirmation.
2.2.2 The Company accepts payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
2.2.3 The booking is not considered confirmed until the payment has been processed.

2.3 Late Payments
2.3.1 If the balance is not paid by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit may be forfeited.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations
3.1.1 If you wish to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made under the following conditions will incur the following charges:

  • More than 14 days before the hire date: Full refund of the deposit.
  • Between 7 and 14 days before the hire date: 50% of the total cost will be refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before the hire date: No refund.

3.2 Company Cancellations
3.2.1 The Company reserves the right to cancel the booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to mechanical failure, driver illness, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the Company will offer either:

  • An alternative vehicle, or
  • A full refund of any payments made.
  1. Use of Vehicles

4.1 Passenger Responsibility
4.1.1 You are responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the legal seating capacity of the vehicle. This includes any children or infants.

4.1.2 The customer is responsible for the conduct of their passengers, and the Company reserves the right to refuse service if the behaviour of the passengers is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or illegal.

4.2 Prohibited Activities
4.2.1 Smoking, the consumption of alcohol, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
4.2.2 Pets are not allowed unless prior consent has been obtained from the Company and additional charges may apply for transporting pets.

4.3 Damage to the Vehicle
4.3.1 You will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire period, including cleaning costs resulting from spillage or misuse. The Company reserves the right to charge for any repairs or cleaning.

  1. Driver’s Responsibilities

5.1 Driver Qualifications
5.1.1 All drivers provided by the Company will be fully licensed and insured, and have the appropriate qualifications to operate the vehicle.

5.2 Driver Conduct
5.2.1 The driver has the right to refuse to transport any passengers who are intoxicated, disruptive, or otherwise behaving in a way that endangers the safety of the vehicle, passengers, or other road users.

5.2.2 The driver must adhere to all road traffic regulations and laws. The Company will not be held responsible for any delays caused by road traffic, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the driver’s control.

  1. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Liability
6.1.1 The Company’s liability for any claim arising from the hire of vehicles is limited to the total cost paid for the booking, excluding any costs incurred from delays, cancellations, or events beyond the Company’s control.

6.1.2 The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or accident incurred by passengers or their belongings during the hire period.

6.2 Insurance
6.2.1 All vehicles are fully insured in accordance with UK law. However, passengers are advised to have their own insurance to cover personal items, medical expenses, and any other unforeseen situations.

  1. Force Majeure

7.1 The Company will not be held liable for any failure to provide the services agreed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, extreme weather conditions, or any other event that prevents the Company from fulfilling the service.

  1. Complaints and Disputes

8.1 Complaints
8.1.1 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, you should contact the Company immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

8.2 Dispute Resolution
8.2.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution is not possible, the dispute may be referred to an independent arbitration body or adjudicator.

  1. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Personal Data
9.1.1 The Company respects your privacy and complies with all applicable data protection laws. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of providing transportation services, processing payments, and complying with legal obligations.

  1. Governing Law

10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UK.
